Background and Credentials
Dr. Paul graduated from Central College for undergraduate studies and The University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr. Paul is very active in the dental community. He is a member of numerous organizations including:
- American Dental Association
- Iowa Dental Association
- Waterloo District Dental Society (alternate delegate)
- Academy of General Dentistry
- Hardin County Dental Society
- Delta Dental of Iowa Dental Advisory Group
- North Iowa Dental Seminars chapter of the Seattle Study Club
Dr. Paul is a certified Invisalign and SureSmile provider. He takes countless hours of continuing education each year to make sure his patients are receiving the best treatment possible. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but is particularly passionate about pediatric dentistry and making dental visits a positive experience!
Dr. Paul is involved in numerous community activities including chamber (board member), city government committees, Son's of the American Legion, and is a leader in his church AWANA program. His hobbies include running, working on home improvement projects, or spending time with his family. He is married to Brooke (Nederhoff) O’Kane of rural Wellsburg, and has five children: Emma, Evan, Ada, Carson and Alivia.
